History
Southern Energy introduced its first line of manufactured homes in 1982. As the first to offer custom modifications to homes in our industry, SEhomes, Inc. had a distinct marketing advantage. The operations evolved over time, and in 2006, SEhomes, Inc. was purchased by Clayton Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway Inc. subsidiary. This purchase allowed us to utilize the larger corporation’s resources and keep prices down for the consumer. Today, Clayton Russellville’s commitment remains true to our roots—provide a quality home with exceptional service at an attainable price.
Our Construction
The construction of a Clayton Russellville home is so much more than the materials that go into it. It’s the experience and skill of the team members who build it. Clayton eBuilt® and eBuilt® Plus homes are incredibly energy efficient. These homes include Samsung® ENERGY STAR® appliances, Lux® low-E windows with argon gas, added insulation to protect from the elements, and many other features.
