In 2015, Southern Homes opened a new building facility in Russellville, Alabama. With years of knowledge going into the planning and layout of the facility, the flow of the production line is seamless and efficient. Another contributor to the efficiency of the facility is the latest equipment and tools that allow the team members to do their job with precision and speed.

In May of 2016, the Russellville facility was awarded ISO14001 certification, which shows Southern Homes’ commitment to the health & safety of their team members as well as their environmental impact.
